Membership form updated

If you wish to apply for membership, please download and complete the following form. This is the current version of the form (as of 27th August 2008).
Membership rates are currently: £10.00 (single), £12.00 (joint) or £14.00 (family)
Note: For applications on or after 1st November (in any year) the fees shall be £15.00 (single), £18.00 (joint), or £21.00 (family). This being half the subscription for the year plus the full subscription for the following year. For example those whose applications go before committee on the 2nd November 2008 would need to organise renewal for 1st March 2010.
