Important Notice Regarding Membership

For administrative reasons the committee finds it necessary to allocate new membership numbers and hence re - issue membership cards for 2008/9.
On receipt of your new card please destroy your old 2008/9 card.
Membership cards have been now been sent out (8th July) to all paid up members.If you have not received your new card by the 21st July 2008 do let me know as soon as possible so that I can rectify the situation.
Membership renewals will remain as March 1st 2009 for 2009/10.
Please accept my apologies for this inconvenience.
